Our houses can be build on any type of ground. For sand, loam or clay we recommend screw pile foundations. For rocky underground concrete slabs is best suitable. Even on boggy ground and flood areas we can place our modular house on a pontoon so it becomes an amphibious house.
You can choose the model and all options in our Configurator. The price is calculated immediately. After you send your configuration, we will send you an order form. Documents that we need from you are a soil report and topographical survey. After signing the contract and making a downpayment of 50% of the price, your house goes in production.

We take care of the transport, whith standard container trucks. The site should be accessible for trucks of 15 meter long.
The foundation of screw piles of concrete slabs should be in place.
Utility cables and pipes should be in place, unless you go for an off-grid home.
Yes, modular homes are considered real estate and can be financed via a tradional mortgage on the construction and the land.
